I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The rooms were always clean, and we had fresh towels every day. The balcony was a nice touch. The service was great, especially when I called the manager for assistance. The location is perfect being right next to the coral marina and on the beach in Mazatlan, though the nearby establishment with loud music was a bit of a downside until 2am.
